The brakes are off, and it’s full steam ahead to Christmas! You would not be wrong in assuming that I love this time of year, and this year, I have set myself the challenge of visiting all eight Sussex National Trust Christmas displays. I’ve done the first two (Nymans and Standen House, which were both stunning) and will be doing the next four next week!
While I’m on the subject of Christmas, Monday sees the start of our 24 days of Christmas countdown, bringing you lots of ideas and festive inspiration.
Of course, it’s not all about the C word at this time of year. We’ve had a few beautiful, crisp mornings in Sussex already, which are perfect for a winter walk. And I always think there is no better way to survive the cold than by treating yourself to afternoon tea! After all, you deserve it.
