Earlier this autumn, I was fortunate enough to interview The Reverend Canon Vanessa Baron of Chichester Cathedral about an exhibition being held next year. The exhibition is going to be extraordinary and is for anyone interested in Sussex and its heritage – it’s not just about faith.
I’ve also been out and about trying to hunt down some mythical beasts! Along the way, I found giants, dragons, fairies and even the Devil himself!
This week, Sarah Thompson has some more mouthwatering festive recipes for you based around the humble chestnut, and the tartlets look so easy even I could make them.
Finally, a couple of weeks ago, I went to Brighton to check out some Christmas experiences. Yes, I went ice skating, met Santa and hung out in the Metropole.
