Devil’s Dyke walks, Valentine ideas, Old Town Hastings & Sussex grapes

There is no denying it, spring is on its way. The first daffodils are out and the green shoots of wild garlic are sticking their ears out of the earth! Happy days.

With this in mind, why not dust off your coat and boots and head out for some Sussex exploring.

Hastings Old Town always yields up lots of treasures from quirky vintage finds, to drinking rum during the day and eating fresh roll mops on the beach. Although, if you’re more of a country goer than a town type, why not head up to Devil’s Dyke for stunning views, folklore and some great walking.

If romance is on your mind, we have some quirky Sussex Valentine ideas, or if you’re dreaming of a summer spent exploring vineyards, then get to know some of our most popular Sussex grape varieties.

In other news, and hot off the press, is the latest edition of our magazine. As always, it is packed to the rafters with Sussex inspiration – from local itineraries, wellness experiences and retreats, bike rides and walks, places to eat and stay, lots of local produce, a few wonders of the Weald, cooking ideas, local gardens, festivals, fairs, and lots, lots more!

So whatever the weather this weekend, pour yourself a glass of your favourite drink and snuggle up for some Sussex inspiration.

Have a great weekend.
