Easter walks, NGS gardens, foodie hotspots and a castle

We’ve made it to Easter at last and I hope you are enjoying the long weekend. The forecast isn’t brilliant but we’re hardy folk and can cope with a bit of cloud and rain!

If you are looking for things to do this weekend, look no further. Why not head over to Bodiam and visit the castle and the surrounding area. The castle is fabulous but there are lots of other things to do in the area which I have included in the article.

You could also visit one of the gorgeous NGS gardens that are open this month or, if you need to burn off excess chocolate, then head out with friends for a walk … the bluebells are out, the wild garlic is out and the blossom is blooming!

Finally, for the foodie, why not treat yourself with a trip to the coast and tuck into first class menus and local produce.

That’s it for now. Happy Easter and may chocolate eggs rain down on you in abundance.

Take care.
