I’ve been putting in some miles to help inspire you if you’re holidaying or visiting Sussex (or just thinking about it).
First up, I thought you might want to discover Sussex in a little luxury and style, so I’ve got a rather fabulous itinerary for you. Covering some of our most distinctive Sussex features, it also includes some really sumptuous hotels.
If you fancy something altogether more cerebral, then why not try the Bloomsbury Set trail? It includes a visit to the main places where this bohemian and game-changing group lived or visited, and you can do the trail in a day.
Or, if you want to feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your face, head down to Chichester Harbour and West Wittering, and walk around East Head. It remains a really magical spot.
As Pevensey is our town of the month, a visit to the castle with its Roman and Norman history, is always a good afternoon out.
