If you love autumn colours (and who doesn’t), why not set aside some time to explore three Sussex gardens that are almost synonymous with the season, as well as with one great Sussex family.
As September is galloping along at break-neck speed, we also have our usual round-up of what’s on next month. And as we approach one of the county’s most poignant anniversaries, I took a little time to visit the lost boys of Petworth. It wasn’t an easy morning, but it was an important one.
Have a great weekend and do say hello if our paths cross.
