Sussex safaris, cycle routes, gardens and crabs!

It’s hard to believe we’re hurtling towards the end of another month and the peak of summer. But there is certainly lots going on at the moment and lots to explore in Sussex.

As you may know, I have been exploring the nooks and crannies of the Sussex coast and recently that took me west. The Salterns Way cycle path is a great way to explore Chichester Harbour and the Crab and Lobster at Sidlesham Quay is a great place to refuel.

As town of the month is Billingshurst, I’ve also been exploring the wider Billingshurst area and I ended up at Knepp. I hadn’t been for a while and I loved their new farm shop and courtyard. I even managed to see the famous storks!

Meanwhile Geoff Stonebanks has been all over Sussex, searching for NGS gardens to visit in August and as always he’s got some real gems for you.

Finally, it’s also that time of the month when we hear from our health expert and this month, she’s talking about bad breath!

That’s it for now. Have a great weekend

Take care.
