Welcome to this week’s particularly eclectic newsletter.
I do like to keep things nice and varied and I think I’ve certainly achieved that this week! Behind the scenes, we’ve been working hard to finalise the next edition of our magazine but while we’ve been doing that, Pollyanna’s Kitchen has been cooking for us and writer Kevin Pilley caught up with the son of Arundel Castle’s Duke of Norfolk to find our about his craft beer and passion for wildlife conservation.
When I wasn’t working on the magazine, I was searching for serenity, calm and a bit of Sussex zen. That took me to Horsted Keynes for a wonderful walk and then on to Ardingly to relax in a wild, woodland spa in a little corner of Sussex that puts wellbeing at the heart of what they do.
Meanwhile, it’s that time of the month when our Sussex health consultant shares more advice about looking after our health naturally, and this month she’s tackling gingivitis.
The next edition of the magazine will be published in the next few days and if you haven’t subscribed yet, you can do so here: Sussex Exclusive Magazine. It’s free and packed to the rafters with Sussex goodness.
That’s it for now, have a great weekend.
