Well, another week has whizzed by in the blink of an eye. I’d like to say that the first signs of spring are already in evidence but at the time of writing, there is a winter storm whipping round Sussex and mother nature is very much in hiding. But I hope I have the perfect winter antidote for you!
First up, what about 48 hours spent exploring the historic city of Chichester, Chichester Harbour and the surrounding area? February is a great time to visit because the new Chichester950 exhibition opens on the 14th.
Next, the good news is that some of the NGS gardens are re-opening in February and Geoff Stonebanks has a round up of where to go and what to see for you.
If you’re still looking for ideas, I’ve got some suggestions of things to do in February with everything from jazz to scallops! And for the brave of heart and the sure of foot, I have some epic winter walks – they’re all walks I’ve done and loved, despite any mud.
That’s it for now. Stay safe in the storm and have a good weekend.
