Winter Cocktails

The weather may be bleak in Sussex at the moment, but all the more reason to kick back and mix a few winter cocktails. These two beauties are brought to you by Sophie, our much-loved cocktail goddess of Cuckfield and should help warm the cockles on a blustery wet day. And they couldn’t be easier to make. Enjoy.

  • 20ml vodka
  • 10ml Mozart Dark Choc Liqueur
  • 10ml White Crème de Cacao

Put all into a shaker with ice and shake until very well chilled.  Dip the rim of a martini glass into grated chocolate and strain the liquid into the glass, garnish with a Maraschino cherry!
