Ingredients
- 500 g minced venison – £5.00
- 1 egg – £0.20
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs – £0.10
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce – £0.10
- Salt & pepper – £0.05
Instructions:
- Mix venison, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper
- Form into burger patties
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for 4 minutes per side
- Serve on a bun with toppings of choice
