Cook time: 10 minutes | Prep time: 10 minutes

Serves 4 | Cost per serve: £2.00 (including bun & toppings)

Allergens: gluten (breadcrumbs), egg

Ingredients 

  • 500 g minced venison – £5.00
  • 1 egg – £0.20
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs – £0.10
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce – £0.10
  • Salt & pepper – £0.05

Instructions:

  1. Mix venison, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper
  2. Form into burger patties
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for 4 minutes per side
  4. Serve on a bun with toppings of choice
