Walks, towns, summer fruits & witches

It won’t have escaped your notice that I do like weather, and the more weird and freakish the better.  So, it’s been a great week for me. In fact, on Wednesday, I got drenched as I was leaving the Chichester Flower Festival (stunning) and then later in Horsham, the hail was so heavy I had to pull over. I hope you have survived.

Meanwhile, never resting on my laurels, this week I have been on a witch hunt! And I found two. I also managed to catch the last sunny day and head over to Seaford, as it’s our Town of the Month. I love exploring our Sussex towns, and there is always so much more going on than meets the eye.

On the basis that the sun may return, I thought it was a good time to reshare the Selsey Tram Way, a fabulous walk near Chichester.  And as we’re nicely into June, it is definitely time for some PYO. Nothing tastes better than local.

In other news, I was lucky enough to catch up with the new Head at Christ’s Hospital recently. It’s so interesting to get a glimpse into life there and to hear his take on things.

Finally, as I am always adding to our What’s On monthly features, I thought it was daft not to reshare it.

That’s it for now. Have a good one!
