Well, the weather may not be great but summer is truly upon us in Sussex with the last school breaking up. It feels like, after a frantic few weeks, everyone is finally taking their feet slowly off the pedals of life. If that resonates, high summer is definitely a great time to get out and explore Sussex.
To give you a helping hand, this week, we have some stunning NGS gardens thanks to Geoff Stonebanks and 12 museums from across the county all of which should keep you busy until the schools go back.
If you crave the outdoors, I also have a wonderfully flat and picturesque Sussex cycle route for you and an equally flat Sussex river walk both of which take in some gorgeous views and countryside.
